It depends on the situations: if it entails magic, of course, harry potter will win, but if tells something of speed, alertness and energy, superman will win lol.

This is a really silly comparison. Its like asking who will win in a battle between an ant and a horse. Both have powers yes but of different levels. Both are beloved characters of the fiction world, don't destroy any of their images. Let them stay as they are.
