I love a good fried egg, over medium, and then I scramble them up myself with the yellow yolk all mixed up in it and runny... how do you eat your eggs?

I know, I just got back from breakfast at Denny's and we were in a huge debate of breakfast foods... of all things. But breakfast for dinner is soooo good. I like to dip toast in the yolk!

you're not the first person who told me that. You'd think it wouldn't make a difference, but apparently, it does (nodding) Then again, everything gives me heartburn nowadays.

Hi there! Thanks for the comment. I can't quite handle sunny side up, cause they tend to be a little runny on the white, and that's just gross!

I like eggs benedict -- my husband makes them every now and then. Fattening, but delicious!

Okay, I've never had them. Heard of them, seen the recipes, but never tried them. It's on my list of things to do when I get wealthy - cause somehow, it seems like a 'wealthy' thing to me...eggs benedict and caviar. LOL

It's a toss up between scrambled with cheese and a ham and cheese omlet

There you go! That's pretty much what I had at dinner tonight - pepper jack cheese and sour cream too.

I used to be allergic to them so I never really aquired a taste for eggs, but I think the hard-boiled ones are the best. ~Remember to give out +'s when it's deserved & select best responses. It helps us all out ;-]

I like that yellow yolk also. I like eggs no matter they are cooked and I do know many ways to cook them, especially as omelets

scrambled, with a couple tablespoons of blue cheese salad dressing (the good thick kind) and sprinkled with crumbled bacon, then topped with a dollop of blue cheese
