can an old relationship be broken in a day?

I have little misunderstanding with my friend. she is my 2 years old friend but after that she doesn't want to talk to me. I am really sad for that. can an old relationship be broken on one misunderstanding?

Anything can be happen to you. Human conflict is unsolvable. So the best way to recover back the relationship is solve the problem in the early while it is still no late. So take the opportunity to express your apologize to your friends immediately. The more late you apologize the worst the relationship. So now is the best time for it. Go ahead to recover back your relationships:).

I also don't know how to help you. Human conflict normally is very complicated and unsolvable. If he or she really can not forgive you. Then forget about this friend and may be this is the best way to solve the problem.
