I think you should sleep enough. It seems that you are quite tired and stressful at work.
I advised that you sleep more than eight hours as much as possible. If you have a hectic schedule, you can take a nap for sometime.

I think you are under semi-health.There maybe no big problems in your body,but it is also not very well.
Maybe you are under big stress.
The first thing you should do is to relax yourself,not sleep to much because sleeping in excess may let you feel tired .eating at the right time .Be happy and relax you is the most improtant.

I used to have this problem before when I was not feeling so good. I think that you might be stressed from your work pressure. It would make you feel good if you do not think about so much about your work by taking some days' rest from it.

sometimes i want to sleep more time, and that also happened when i havent rest well for a long time. and that situation does not last long. so i think maybe you are so tired. it's normal that we need more sleep after hard work. so take it easy. you will be ok.

hi,friend . i have to say maybe what you say is ture . you should go to see the doctor.maybe you are not good in your body.maybe you are not interested in the work ,or have no aim to the future .there are a lot of people who are not good in their mind .it is common. we should reduce the pressure on our shoulder.we should learn to live happily. find the skills to live in a good mind.

You might be under more stress, or overworked earlier & did not have good enough sleep .
or you might be taking Food higher in Carbs as well as Fats and something in your Food might be causing you more Lazy.
