One factor why a person is having a rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis is because of lack of calcium in the bones.
You need to eat foods that are rich in calcium. Of course, this will not be possible without the aid of sunlight.
When we exposed ourselves on morning sunlight, we gained vitamin D, which is essential, as this will help the calcium to enter in our bones.
I suggest that you drink milk everyday.
You also have to avoid foods that are rich in uric acid such as beans, nuts, peas, mushrooms, cauliflower, liver, sardines, etc.
I suggest that you research the foods that are rich in uric acid, so that you will be guided in your balance diet.
When excessive uric acid was embarked in your bones, it usually caused pain and inflammation especially in your cartilage. So you have to avoid this as much as possible.
I am hoping for the recovery of your illness.
Have a nice day and God speed!
