What WINE do you like best?

My favorite one is the one from the picture, to the right. I love its taste and smell. So which one do you like best? RED or WHITE? If you prefer the red one over the white one, why is that? They say a glass of wine each day it's good for your health. Is that true?

I prefer reds. Sometimes during the summer I switch over to whites just because it's too hot.
