Is this the end of day's?
How much do you know about the end time?
Is there really an end time?
I like to think that only periods of time end.
"It's the end of the world as we know it." (REM)
So much is going on with the world political situation I can
foresee something that will change our way of life forever.
More so than nine eleven did.
War,Virus,Comet,Asteriod,Jesus,Aliens,Natural Catasrophe,
What else is there?
I know this topic is a little morbid, but I just had to
write it, Having something of this magnitude on my mind
hasn't been too healthy lately.
Peace!

Haven't heard of the 2012 date but no one knows the day or the hour when the end of days will arrive.
Periods of time will end; however, there will be a neverending time known as Everlasting. In the meantime leading up to the end there will be wars and rumors of wars among other tragedies, catasrophe's, and angels of eternity posing as extra-terrestials, and world leaders helping to bring an end to all things as we know it, hence, "It's the end of the world as we know it."
Unless we have the hope of the future we continue to be perplexed, confused, and disoriented for the time being.

I have a friend that thinks that 2011 is the end of the world. He scrambles up a bunch of conspiracy theories about Nibiru, the Mayan calander and aliens. I don't buy any of it. I think that there are definately rough times ahead but I don't think that we need to start spending $1500 on a radiation suit or preparing for solar storms.

I won't be getting a radition suit, that's for sure.
No need to.
No where to go.

I have heard and read some about 2012 and the Mayan calendar. One theory is that the poles shift. If this were to happen quickly, I would imagine gravity to be temporarily suspended causing anything above ground or not strongly attached to the earth to fly off it. It is an interesting coincidence that seems to match up with the Christian bible's end-time. I am referring to the rapture, though I have yet to directly read of it in the bible. I also have not directly read into Mayan ruins whereas to give proof that the Mayan really believe in polar shifting. If one stands on the equator will one not be raptured/flung off the planet? For those left on the planet, will the water in the toilet swirl in the opposite direction than previously witnessed? But in all seriousness, I have read in the bible that when the anti-christ descends to the heart of the earth - Matthew 12:40 - "For just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth." Now, I watch a multitude of science programs on tv. I watched one a little while back about the core of the earth and its supposed flow. The program described how it had been witnessed of late with unpredictabilities in its flow which appears to have connection with the planets magnetic north and south poles. To read about NASA and the scientific community in reference to all this, goto the link below.

I suppose this could all be taken as prophecy or just the natural flow of things with light thrown on it or maybe both.

-about the rapture.
..."gravity to be temporarily suspended causing anything above ground or not strongly attached to the earth to fly off it."
Very interesting, I would like to think on a scientific level this could be possible.
However, I believe the magnetic poles shifting wouldn't cause gravity to lessen its hold on the earth.
The gravity of the situation is, I'm no prophet and I cannot directly say the end is near.
Although given today's headlines and knowing a little about bible prophecies, I see something coming.
"How or when,I don't know!"
Great comment, thank you.
