Allergic to cats?

I love cats sooooo muchI just got two little kitty's and I start sneezing and break out with hives. That sucks. I use to have cats befor I had kids and had no problems with them. Do you think that it is just these cats or have I just developed an allergy after I had kids?? Very strange! I still love them and suggle with them all the time. And sneeze and itch for hours but it is all worth it!!!

Take some Benedryl. You've developed antigens to cat dander. Ask your doc for some Nasonex or another nasal allergy spray, as well.
If you get drowsy from the Benedryl hit the Starbucks. You can also take Tylenol PM before bed, it has Benedryl in it, too.
I have allergies, but thankfully it's not to cat or dog dander! Good luck to you.
