does anyone know what company offers the best internet package?

I'm thinking of getting the deal with Comcast where you get your cable, phone, and internet service through them. I currently just have internet and cable through Comcast which is costing me more. My internet connection is not the greatest with them though. It sometimes is slow or goes out to where I have to call and see what the problem is and be on hold for a half hour. I really don't want to continue my phone service with AT and T because I have had lots of problems with them in the past. I'm not sure about these newer internet services as far as quality and reliability. Could anyone offer me suggestions? What company do you have your internet service through and would you recommend it to me?
