Losing Weight

I've been trying to lose weight for a while now cause my sister is getting married in Jamaica and i want to look slim for once when i go on vacation.
I only have 2 weeks left and i was wondering if any of you had some good tips on how to lose a couple pounds quickly over the course of two weeks.
Im not looking for a dramatic weight loss of 50 pounds. I'd be happy with 5!

if you are eating rice then I suggest you cut down your total rice consumption for a day in half. and if you really wanna lose weight, don't eat rice at dinner and have your dinner before 6pm and absolutely nothing after that. ^__^ but if you get hungry, you can just eat fruits like apples, grapes or oranges. and then, jogging every morning works. ^__^

although this might be highly controversal...
i must share my tip with u
use a diet pill
it curbs your hunger and it works well if you use it correctly.
try cortislim or hydroxcut.
they both work wonders for losing 5lbs or so. I must worn, weight does come back very soon if you are not on a diet plan or if you havent changed your lifestyle.
