when a prayer was answered...did it happen to you?

often we are faced with trying times...exceptional situations that simply cannot be helped without some sort of divine intervention... and sometimes, even the cynics PRAY. and often, these prayers work... did it ever happen to you? well it did happen to me some time ago. im 18 and the usual non studying - wasting time on the internet type kid. i wrote the exam of my life some five months ago. there was a paper in english literature that is considered exceptionally hard in my school...no one in the city i live has gotten over 83 percent in the last three years...and my teacher often told me that ill make a sixty..and she's be ecstatic...the problem was my first choice college , which required me to get a 85 plus atleast. i did not study. i woudlnt lie anonymously. the paper started. and forty minutes past writing time, i struck off all that i had written, cried for five minutes, and then started over. i somehow finished..feeling miserable..i knew that was barely a 65. and then in the vacations, in the classifieds i saw a novena prayer, which said that 'any wish, no matter how hard will be granted.' so i prayed. and hard. when the results were out. i had got a 90! and the next best score in the city was an 82! I was absolutely astonished. i am now in the college that i had always only dreamed of bieng in...sometimes im so overwhelmed.
