Cebu good holiday destination?

Im re-locating to Cebu within the next 4 weeks. I have many
friends wanting to visit I know i love Cebu but what is there for them to last two weeks a visit? I want to make sure they come back time and time again.

Greetings Mattwilkie, i am from cebu and yes its a great place to stay. If you love white sand beaches, well we've got them. And definitely cebuanos the local people are very warm and friendly. So don't worry you'll have a great time and i hope you'll try out our native foods and sweet. So I hope you have a great time!!!

thanks for your response :) Many of my friends are in the 20s to 35 bracket.. Where would you recommend going out?

Greetings mattwilkie, welcome to mylot.
Though I am not from Cebu, I am still from the Philippines. The places to go there are those great beaches, the wonderful treatment and the famous filipino hospitality. If you're also 'game' for foods which you are curious to have a taste, then they also offer it. I assure you, they wouldn't offer you anything that is not edible!;)LoL
They have fresh seafoods, great hotels to stay at and night-lifes to enjoy and meet the native cebuanos. They have some of the best scebic spots you can tour at, like the infamous Magellan's cross and also the Lapu-lapu shrine in Mactan City. Also try visditing their best churches, like the Basilica del Sto. Niño in downtown Cebu.
That's as much I'm aware of, so I hope you have fun staying there and don't be afraid to explore or try on learning new things!;)

Recently got back from Cebu after a two week stay but it was mainly family based. This time is for long term. So hopefully see all of Cebu. Tried a lot of different food while in Cebu last time and the people are great best ive met anywhere in the world.

Hello mat...im purely a cebuana and im proud to say i live in a nice place CEBU....here we have lot of things to offer from white beaches to cool city life, our delicasies...and a lot more for you to discover the Queen City of the South...CEBU...hope you have a pleasant stay here....goodluck
