I say 13 going on 30. I did find it romantic because she doesn't reliaze she is in love with her best friend until she founds out he is going to get married.

One of my favourite romantic movies is Before Sunset. It is really such a nice movie to watch and enjoy. I loved watching the movie and i was never bored in the middle at all.
Also other movies Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind and You've Got Mail were really good. Especially, You've got mail was hilarious and touching as tom hanks performed extremely well.
Sleepless in Seattle is also another movie that i would recommend.

I have a tie. Mayerling and Romeo and Juliet, the 1968 version.Mayerling tell the story of Arch Duke Rudolph of Austria and his love Maria. It stars Omar Sharif and Catherine Deneuve. It is a classic romance, not a romantic comedy.

I'm not into Romantic Romanatic stuff. But Romantic comedies are great. For instance 50 First Dates and The Wedding Singer. The truth about cats and dogs.
I love the classic Sleepless in seattle. Love Actually is also really good. Music and Lyrics to round out my selection.
while three of these are Drew Barrymore movies and I do so love her, I love these movies all for similar reasons. Most have a nice comedy aspect to them, not making them too romantic. They all have sort of average every day characters, both the guys and the girls and they're just sweet.
I don'tknow. it's hard to say why exactly I love them.
I'm a movie nerd and I like movies for so many aspects. Too many to explain!

There are several that I consider really romantic... First is When Harry met Sally, which is romantic and funny. The story follows the two characters as their relationship starts as travel companions and evolves into friendship and then love. Then there's Ever After, which is a great take on the classic Cinderella story. Shakespear in Love is a great movie too, and incredibly romantic.
