We all know how motivating music can be, but everyone has their own taste in music and what will help them to push to reach their health and fitness goals. What types of music or songs help motivate you to reach your goals?

Generally I do not listen to music when I work out. I try to focus on the exercise I am performing for the few minutes I am at the gym. So that I can get the most out of my work out, I listen to my body, control my core muscles with proper breathing, then do the exercise with good form.
On seldom occassions, I may listen to the gym's house music to motivate me to continue with my cardiovascular training. But I do use a method of distraction while on a bike, treadmill or even step mill, I read magazines. This can be very difficult for the novice exerciser and even dangerous, so I suggest no running. Start slow, it may cause dizziness.
