Stress & Ways to Eliminate It

Well I have Chronic Stress. Possibly due to family problems, school, and my schedule. It is really doing a number on me with upset stomachs, anxiety, and anger to the point that people have been telling to seek help with anger management. It has also done major damage to my face with acne and wrinkles. I have been stressed out for awhile now and it has gotten to the point that I've realized that I'm sick of my acne and I want it to go away! because it will only go if my stress go away with it. I'm here aking for tips and ways to eliminate stress once and for all to make my face how it once was. Is there a certain food I should eat or brand of drink I should drink? What can I do? Please help me I'm desperate!

i would have to stay that the best way to beat stress is that if you are standing then sit down and if you are sitting down then lie down and if you are lying down then do abulution (wuzu) which is an islamic custom you can search about it. BElieve me it works atleast for my family and friends. Your anxiety will dissapear. For your acne try dipping an aspirin in water and then applying that water to your acne but i would have to recommend you to the dermatologist and try googling acne cure it may help.

better seek professional advices for the best result.
i am also experiencing anxiety disorder. and my acne also kills me. i've been to a dermatologist already and she gave me some medications. so far, it's been helping me get rid of my acne.
