These week, I am busy with moving house. It's very burdensome!
Last one year, I lived in company's dorm. Although the environment and condition of the dorm is not good, it saves worry. However, this year our company doesn't supply dorm to us anymore. The company gives us,everyone, two hundred Yuan every month as living subsidy. So we must rent houses by ourselves. But Two hundred Yuan is really a small amount for living subsidy. Nowdays, the price of houses is growing quickly. great expensive now.
Seeking the rent house information for one week, one of my colleague and I rent a set of house with two bedrooms. It costs eight hundred Yuan every month,and the winter is coming, we must pay heating expense, about one thousand and two hundred Yuan! Additionally, electric and water expense. It means that we should pay five hundred Yuan every month. Really a super great amount for us. At least, I think so.

I stayed in rented houses (independent) for 10 years and during this period I changed 3 houses because the control expired. I know the difficulties of changing the houses, There will be so many damages to delicate articles which we possess, and too much of wear and tear for furnitures and fixtures. Some of them rendered useless because of frequent shiting and damages. Now I have my own house and can keep whatever I like and whatever the way I like. No botheration.

You lived in rented house for 10 years? so long time! Why didn't you buy your own house earlier?
I dislike living in rented houses and dislike moving house. I will buy a house as soon as I have enough money.

While I was staying in a rented house, I never had a problem, because the owners of the house were extremely good and they never increased the rent in one place for 3 years and in another for 4 years. The house was new and all amenities were provided and the rent was very reasonable. Only for the last 2 years, the rents have gone up because of demand resulting from influx of population from neighbouring states.
