i will take season 4.5.6.7:) as favorites. In fact , all of them are awesome!! Funny and interesting. Worth watching over and over again.

i think 6 and 7 are the best of all off course other seasons are also good but i feel,6 and 7 are best actually its good when every every one knows about bing and monica at times the charter pheobe is pretty irritating

I love all their seasons.. I do really like Season 1, you can see the start.. then in the middle, on how they learn and live their lives.. and then after that Season 10, how they grew up and how everything ended. My heart is still broken and crying in the season finale..
