Can we use Contact Lens at an old age ?

I have recently heard that wearing contact lens at an old age can be tedious.I am suffering from eye disease called karetoconus where in I have to use semi soft lenses for clear vision .I am really worried about using them in my old age.

First off, welcome to mylot. Have you ever asked this to your primary care physician?
I suggest that you follow up with your primary care provider so that you will be prescribed accordingly and safely.
We are not totally sure about the effect of using contact lens at an old age, so I think much better if we are going to refer a professional eye consultant on this matter.
