Copy - paste allowed on Mylot?

I am very slow at typing. So I want to type a post on some other file and then just copy it on mylot. Is it allowed on mylot? Will not it amount to some violation of norms at mylot.
Another problem is that the Internet charges in our area are quite high. So I feel that preparing a post on word filde and just copying may be a good option.
Please guide me if you have some experience/knowledge in this matter. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you're allowed to copy and paste when making posts on MyLot. However, you must have an activity rating of 500 and since yours is only currently at 93, you still have a ways to go. For now, you just keep posting responses and discussions the old fashioned way. Once you reach 500, though, you'll be able to continue with your plan to copy and paste responses from a word file.

I remember to have read that once one reaches 500 posts, one can copy and paste. But the best thing is to type directly from mind instead of copying. However it is left to you. Have a nice day.[please check the mylot guideliens].

I have tried copy/paste but theres a pop message that says I am not allowed to copy/paste and also it says that i must have 500+ rating, my question is how do i get that rating?
