most shameful experience

A few weeks ago, I had this shameful experience. I already had a dry cough, and my throat is really bothering me. Whenever I cough, I can't control my bladder and pee a little. So I always change my underwear. Then, I had to attend a meeting in a somewhat remote area when it happened. The attendees offer us a drink and suddenly I cough so earnestly that I can't control it anymore and there it was I pee on my pants. Oh my god, shameful really! But thanks to ever understanding people around me, they offer me to change my underwear and pants. The place is 2 hours drive from our town.

I use Tena pads. I started to have that problem when I got into my fifties, and I tried not drinking much water and found that it did not help. I find that when I cough, I have the same problem, and even though I do not need pads, I find that when I do have a cold, they keep me from being embarrassed since when I have to go, there had better be a washroom nearby. I know some people use Poise, but to me they are for older women and I do not consider myself one of those.

Yes, I do remember my mother whenever she has cough she will go to the bathroom and change. And now that I am in my 50s I going through this experience. Although I don't have a cough now, I will be on guard about this especially if I will travel. Thanks a lot for being honest.

embarrassing it was but yeah thankfully u had understanding people around u ,hv u met an urologist regarding this or else u can do u can go tp pee even u feel little pee inside ,it may help ,in india adult diapers are available i'm sure it is available in ur place as well ,u can wear them when u hv cough.

Thanks for a concern, no need to see a urologist. It is just a plain cough and now I'm fine. Maybe next time if ever I have a cough I'll probably wear a diaper . . . he he he!!!

mama linds! this happened to you??? LOL if we are still together with the rest of our Calauag team, we might have laughed about it. ^__^;;
that's really embarrassing! I did experience something like that, and not only by coughing but also just by laughing so hard. but then, it would only be as little as "white blood" and it wouldn't even pass the panty. ^__^
I think what happened to you is just a sign of getting old. people really do experience something like that. time will come and maybe i'll experience something like that too. I just hope i'm alone when that happens. ^__^
