A good healthy lifestyle is most often rewarded through good healthy food. I would like to hear some peoples opinions on good foods and what you like to do on a daily basis to to maintain good health. Please feel free to include any other healthy habits. I'm looking forward to your responses.

I eat sushi 5 days a week. I'm definitely addicted to it.... mmm... I'm craving some right now...
Although I'm not sure this is very healthy.. since I never wanna eat anything else anymore.
Oh, and I still drink a lotta green tea (you got me started on that!)

Eating healthy foods is one of the greatest ways you can live healthy and combat developing a disease.
Some diseases are genetic and there's not much you can do about that.
It has often been said that fruits, vegetables and whole grains contain anti oxidants and fibre.
The more colorful your diet is , the more phytochemicals does your body get.
Consuming sizeable portions of these on a regular basis delays the effect of aging and also reduces the tendency to develop cancer.

Oh i know i really should get into the healthy habit. but i like to eat. and eat. and eat...get... i am gaining so much weight already. hehehe
