when did you FINALLY feel comfortable with you mate?

I mean COMFORTABLE...as in, ladies, how long did you go without shaving your legs, men, without shaving your face perhaps? What about 'tooting' shall we say, or a good solid belch? How long before you showed certain habits, your true colors to your mate? CUZ WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN NASTY WAYS AND HABITS! Were you married, dating? All I can say is my hubby has heard it all, seen it all, and dealt with it all! haha. As well as I with him. But it's funny when you first meet or first start dating how our habits are under a little more control! To what? Prove that we are normal? Nope, that's not normal my friends...he who smelt it, dealt it...so when did you "dealt" it or any mishaps? And what were their reactions once they found out your dirty secrets or habits?

When my husband and I first got married we hadn't spent very much time actually together. HE was stationed 1000 miles from where I was living (and where he's from). We had spent less than a month of actual physical time together. So I was a little nervous about letting him see some things about me when we first got married.
Then I got pregnant right away, and I quit caring what he thought. lol I was miserable and had morning sickness all the time.

it's so easy to feel nervous when it's new like that! but you're right, after you get prego, forget it!! lol
how were things after the baby arrived though? did you feel self conscious again, or still not care?

I think not long after we moved in with each other - I think maybe 6 months into our relationship :) We got engaged within a year and married the following year.
