If your pet gets very sick, do you take it to the vet or use your medication?

First, I will bring my dog to the places where there are various types of grasses and let it to take whatever grasses that it believes could make him feel better. If my dog gets very sick, of course I will take it to the nearby pet clinic and let the vet to give it suitable treatment. Three months back I had sent my sick dog to the vet and the charge was $30US.

In most cases I would take my pet to the vet. I would never let it suffer or cause further injury. If it is something simple, like a very small cut, I would treat it myself. Two weeks ago another cat scratched the eyeball of one of my cats. It was so serious that the cornea was torn. She had to have five stitches in her cornea, & also a piece of the other cats claw taken out of her eyeball as it was embedded. She had to go to a specialist vet for this & it cost $1200.00.

You better take it to the vet. If you knowingly let the animal suffer and die its concidred animal abuse. You can pay a huge fine and serve jail time for animal cruelty!!! If you cant afford a vet go anyway and explain the situation. They are usually willing to help. If my animals are sick I take them to the vet right away.

I think I will try my own treatment at first. If it doesn't work, then I will take it to the vet.
