What happened to Titanic movie without the love story of Jack and Rose?

I love to watch some movies like Titanic. I was so dissappointed when they did not nominated the 2 roles of Jack and Rose for best actor and actress awards while the rest of the film cruise got all the best awards. WIthout their love story, Titanic could not even get any award since it would become a bored to death documentary with the shipwreck by malfunction. Do you agree with me? If you do you can raise your one leg up to say I do.

Yes. When we talk about the movie Titanic, the first picture in our mind must be the picture of them together standing on the front deck. We also remember the speech" you jump, I jump". Right??

I must say the love makes the movie much more moving.
But at the same time, as our teacher told us, the bigger theme,the disaster was diluted.
Compared with such kind movies, I'd prefer to see some easier films,South Korea's .
Recently, there are several new buildings in my colleage, and we found a new one which is very like the ship Titanic.
Once we photoed it , I would send it on the website.

yes I agree you very much .I love this film the most important reason is the love of jack with rose.without this impressive love story.this film can't get oscar and be memorized many years!
