WWE Up or WWE Down?

Do you guys think that WWE has gone way down in the past few years & specially since last year? I believe so, which last WWE's PPV did you really enjoyed? I cant remember. Thats why i started watching TNA PPVs instead, they dont have much star power as WWE but there matches are really awesome.
