how often do you exercise per week?

how often do you exercise per week? and... what the kind of exercise do you do usually?walking,jogging,hiking,swimming,playing team sport(soccer,volleyball),doing aeobic dance,walking out at the gym... what's the significant effect after exercise ?feeling goog or tired,having a sound sleep,keep you in good shape?

Well, in my first two years in my college, as we had P.E classes, I could do some exercise 2 hours every week, as our class lasted 2 hours.we run, and jumped. But now, I and my classmates hardly do any exercise on perpose.Luckily, as our dormitry is a bit far away from our classroom, every day we can do the walking exercise on our way to classroom.

First of all, welcome to mylot. I exercised everyday. Even though I have a hectic schedule, I still manage and encourage myself to exercise as much as possible. Exercise is very important. Doing this regularly may lead you to a better and healthy lifestyle. I usually wake up early in the morning, which is around 5:00 a.m. I do stretching and warm-up exercise first for at least 10 minutes. Afterwards, I walked and jogged at the same time for at least 30 minutes back and forth from my home in the streets. Have a nice day and God speed!
