Do you belive a paid website whose membership is unfree?

There are so many paid website claiming make you lots of money. On some website, the membership is free, then you haven't to pay out any money even if you can't get paid. But some websites say that you'll get so much money which you'd not get rid of it, but you must have to pay out several even tens of dollars for your membership. I can hardly believe this type of site. Do you believe them? Do you know any credible paid site whose membership need to buy?

75% of sites which asks for money are not worth. I havenot seen any money coming from them. Yes, 25% of them genuine. But then each one has to experience it (by loosing). Because If I recommend someone to upgrade membership, that person will ask me so many questions including payment proof etc. which is too cumbersome for me to deal with. I have paid membership fee in couple of sites and I am happy with it, because in 2 or 3 months I recovered it.
