Man in A Coma Wakes After 5 Months! Wife leaves him!!

I hope too. I dont really know what I can call that woman, instead of feelin' happy because of what happen to her husband, she filed for divorce? Maybe she's blaming his husband why they been in that accident. But its not right, no one wants to involved in an accident. How I wish that the man got the custody for their children not the hypocrite woman that he married and be with for years.

Do you know what happened in their life prior to the car accident? You can't really judge his wife if you don't know anything about their relationship. I don't mean that to be mean of course. Just to give you a non real life example, Law and Order SVU this past week had a story about a women who'd been beaten and was in a coma. To make an hour long episode story short when the wife came out of a coma she didn't remember anything that had happened within the past 6 months. Her husband took their child and left her. Why? Because she'd been having an affair and was pregnant with the other mans kid. I was talking to my co-worker about the episode and he was like "i was glad he left her she was mean" and I was like "yeah but she didn't remember that's gotta suck"... you see two differnt sides. Now even in this situation it's not nearly the same and it's real life. But you don't know what happened in their life and maybe they were in this accident because they were fighting. Maybe they were already planning to get divorced? maybe he was an abuser. You don't really know anything about these people and while on the one hand it's wrong of the women and really mean, you don't know what happened and it's just as wrong of you to wish that on that women.

oh my goodness, how terrible for the man. Some people can be so insensitive, i can just imagine how the man feels. it's so sad, but that's life and I guess that's better than staying with a relationship when there is no more respect.

This is absolutely ludacrist!!! What ever happened to "in sickness and health" You would think that she would be happy he had pulled through! Why would she order a feeding tube removed?!? This makes no sense to me at all!! She was in the accident with him you would think she would be thankful for both their lives!!! I just don't know what else to say with this one it is truly unbelievable!

To try to end his life after only five days is pretty sickening. But, I really don't know enough to comment on why she is filed for divorce. They could have been having problems before the accident. In a situation like this, I feel I would have to know all the details befpre commenting on this.

What a selfish cow. It makes me wonder what kind of relationship they had in the first place, if she was in such a hurry to end his life! Sure, it would be hard to know when, if ever, was going to be the right time to remove tubes, but I can't really imagine anyone doing it after a week! Sort of makes me wonder how the accident happened in the first place?!

Wow, maybe there's a side to him we don't know about. I'm open to that possibility but she sounds like a cold-hearted ***ch.

What a horrible wife ....She must have really not cared one thing about her husband.It sounds as though she wanted him to die...My God he will be better off without her,i don't see how anyone could be that heartless...I would not do that to a perfect stranger much less the father of my children..If those kids grow up and find that out,they will hate her for that,and since the family knew about it,im sure is will get out...I pity that poor woman she is a SICKO..I do hope he gets his children too,I would not think she could be trusted..She a bad bad person...

That is a sad thing for that man..I mean after 5 months in coma,waking up and then finding out that your wife filed a divorce..what more? he'll learn also that his wife tried to take out the feeding tube from him... I hope he'll win about the kids..He deserve something better,something nice..:)

I couldn't imagine being like that if it were my hubby in the coma I'd be hugging and kissing him like crazy as soon as he woke up! Sounds like she has other issues with the marriage, but either way I think she went about it in a very cold way! Hopefully the better parents ends up with the kids! PurpleTeddyBear

I dont know what caused the accident in the first place was it over a fight they was having then was it ment to happen Id have to know more of the story before Id judge it

Wow, that's pretty bad! One of the 2 of them sounds like they are a fairly bad person. Hard to tell which one. Don't know enough about the story for sure to determine.

I also believe that she is a terrible person. I hope he gets his kids.

That happened here in Arizona where I live, near Mesa. What a terrible woman she is! I hope he wins and she gets nothing.

OMG thats just messed up!! makes me wonder what was goin on in the marriage before the accident ya know....I mean thats really shady as far as I'm concerned...ONE WEEK?! Thats just fishy to me...

That's terrible indeed. She must have been unhappy even before the accident. Perhaps she was praying for the accident to happen. Luckily the man fought for his life and now fighting for his children.

Wow, that's truly amazing...how the man woke up after being in coma for 5 months...that's the good news..but the bad news is that the wife seemed not interested in taking him back and is even filing a divorce! That's the sad part...yup, hopefully, this marital battle will have a happy ending...the poor man is sure to be very upset over the wife's irresponsible behavior--a clear indication that she is the first person to wish ill for her husband. You're right..hope he wins the custody case...

We all have our reasons no matter how stupid others think of it. His wife must have a reason for leaving him although it is particularly unacceptable to us. I myself hope that the man win the case for his children. She has a reason... although it could be a sellfish or stupid reason... Just give her what she wants... freedom. But taking their children with her?? HELL NO. lol.

Yeh that's sick if it happened like that. but there's also all these other thigns you don't know about. How do you know that they were having a big argument that caused the car wreck? how do you know that the guy isn't a butthole? How do you know the guy didn't beat his wife? you see I'm not goignt o make any comment on this. But say the guy was notthing but nice and the wife still acted like this, then she is going to get what's coming to her.
