How to spot signs of cheating from your boy/girl friend?

Any of you willing to share tips how to spot signs of cheating or not telling the truth?
I actually look at the eye while somebody talk to me.
If he/she is not dare to look at me, it possibly sign of lies.

Well I guess it depends on the person lying. I have had girlfriends that have cheated that where so good at lying and hiding things that it took one of my friends that seen her doing something tell me. I guess some things you might want to keep an eye out for is a change in behaviour like say if your boyfriend all the sudden starts acting differently towards you or if he stops showing the affection you are use to. These might be just a couple of signs you can look out for.
