I think what you need is English input. It seems that quite a lot English learners focus on the output of English, by which I mean using English as much as possible, while then seem to neglect the importance of reading and thinking. Only through reading can you find your inaccuracy and develop corresponding strategies to tackle your problem. So read as much as you can. By the way, I am also an English major in a Chinese University. May I know which university you come from?

Hello shining. If you have the intention to improve your English level, you have come to a very good website, Mylot. This is really the best one for you to practise your English. You know, when you are responding to the discussions or when you are starting your own new discussions, you are forced to think in English and what is the most important is that you are using the language. The more you are using it, the more you are learning and the greater progress you will make. I do hope that you have enough time here to practise your English as an English major at college. Happy learning English, dear shining.

Thank you!MyLot is really a very good website for me to practice my English, but it is no use for my spoken English.and for me the most serious problem is that I am just a coward when I stand in front of a group of people.I always fogot what I want to say and hard to say only a word.

Hello again. I think that you need to go to English Corner to practise your spoken English or if possible, find a foreign friend to exchange with each other your lessons to help each other. I wish you to improve your spoken English soon, friend.
