There's no standard life for teacher in my country. Salary for them about 100$-300$ per month. What do you think?

I notice from your profile that you are from Indonesia. In India, in recent years teachers have good payment and besides that they are giving private tuition and earning good money. Some decades ago, education system is not well developed, and most teachers were government servants, working on a mediocre salary. Now private schools do pay very high salary because they are collecting huge money as donations from the children. My sister was a teacher a decade ago and she served a school for 25 years on a meagre salary. Now due to increasein population and now extension areas have come up, new schools and educational institutions also have come up and as a result, there are more teacher training colleges. More teachers are churned out from these colleges and more employment opportunities. Those who are experts in maths and science are giving private tuitions and there is terrific demand for them. Some of them are earning five figure salary.
