1) write down what ur feeling in a diary. 2)listen music 3)keep fresh flower around u 4)concentrate on ur breath. 5)surround urself with pleasing colors of nature such as blue n green. 6)laugh loudly for half an hour. 7)wake up early n meditate. 8)try 2 have a change of place. 9)involve urself in activitie that u like. 10) go for jogging. 11)Take a long bath. 12)start thinking about things that have made u happy. it work for me lets try it i hope it wok 4 u 2

yeah sometimes alot easier said than done, but the 12 pionts lets give it a bash
