Are older poeple going to be happier remarrying after sigle living for years ?

Interesting facts: the fastest growing population going for online dating and ending up in marriage is 50+ according to the experiences of personnels working with perfectmatch.com . The other two major dating sites namely match and E Harmony also finds the same result from their own experience .
This reflects the craze of older singles to get rid of lonelyness . I assume that these figure mainly reflect the USA society . Because , most of these sites are from that country and the American society is the one which have forerunner in rapid stride in all aspects of life including the bad things such as divorce , seperaion etc and equally good endevours at continuos exploration of betterment of living condition . [But at this very assumption I would like to clarified by the people especially from USA if they think I am wrong .]
What do you think about it ? Are such couples going to be happier ? What might be the force pulling such elderly people to come closer ?

Well, I think its not on how long you live alone but it is on how to choose to live your life and the things that can make you happy. Though when you are old enough and matured enough you will be able to do things that you enjoy and not rush in the responsibility that you are not yet ready to go into. Things are always have a right time in its own...

Marriage is just a fling now adays i say dont marry until you've been with someone long enough to know that they are really in you for you not just getting money or to get married!

America is a very Self Indulgent country which leads to many good and many bad things. But that's life.
No one wants to be alone forever... I think that's the simple answer to your question. Plus it gets harder to meet someone the older you get. So that's why people go to the internet for dating sites and everything. Plus there are some people in EVERY country who believe their life is not complete if they are not married. Which I think is sad, but a lot of people believe that way.
