I have a farm. I look for equipment manuals, anything for cattle and chickens. I also look for gardening and soil conditioning. I read many books on psycology or sociology. Im not interested on how a book looks as long as the print is big enough to read. Pictures can be helpful on certain subjects like manuals. Catalogs are helpful in new ideas. I rarely read the books cover to back. I pick out what helps and leave the rest. Pick your subject of intrest and make mental notes. If the book is interesting, read it through.
