I like pizza with mushrooms, cheese, onion, tomatoes, basil, oregano and ketchup. And that's all ;):P

I am just in the middle of preparing pizza for my family afternoon snack!!I prefer pizza with 5 different cheese/mozzarella, Parmesan, emmentaler, blue Gorgonzola and feta/ and olive oil,black olive ,artichoke and young green garlic!!I prepare pizza on traditional way like m grandma did on open fire in my backyard!!Silvana

Hi again,I am from Croatia/Europa near Italy/,my grandma is an Italian/from my father side/!!Here in Croatia,as well in Italy it is traditional food and we prepare pizza on some kind of grill but you have a stone table,than you prepare a fire with small parts of wood on that stone table,when table is worm and all wood is like for grill you put your pizza/near fire not on fire/I have more than 70 recipes for pizza and I have blog with pizza recipes but on croatian language!!I can see that a lot of people like pizza and I will try to translate all my recipes on English!Thanks and I hope you will enjoy in pizza!!Warm Regards Silvana

thank you for sharing this with me. Here in America we love our pizza. Every part of the country has their own style though. It sounds to me like what you do is similar to the pizza stone they do here that they heat up and put in the pizza oven to make the crust uniform. I wish you luck sharing your recipes.

Well so far your sounds the best. Where do you live and how often do you make one of these? Do you cook it on the grill? This past weekend I went camping and I cooked a meditarrain style vegetable pizza on the grill.

Mushroom pizza is my handsdown favorite. Add a bit of extra garlic to that and it is the best!

I had a portabello mushroom soup for lunch today. I always like mushrooms on my pizza also and always garlic on just about everything.

unlike you, I like thin crusts. ^__^ I don't like too much pizza dough. and then I like the plain hawaiian pizza. with all the pineapple chunks on it. yum. ^__^ I like pizzas with a lot of toppings to, but I like it better with less. and I don't eat the bell peppers, onions, and the olives. ^__^;;

The mailmen are the favorites around here... they're bigger! The 'kids' aren't too sure about the red ones, but the others disappear fast!LOL!
I have to keep after Hun to not give them chips... the grrls are okay, but Spud gets a hairless spot on his backside... then he has to eat 'bland' for a while, and he doesn't like it!

it might sound weird but I really like linguisha(not sure on spelling0 and onion and I also really like pepperoni and sourcrout(again not sure on spelling) sounds gross but its accualy really good.
