At what time you leave your office..? 6pm...?

i hate to stay when there is no one.. i love to leave when its 4pm... when you all leave your office..? Do you have to get permission from you boss to leave or you can leave when ever you want???

I work till 1pm Good, isn't it? :)
I have time to do everything, that I must do. I think women with little children should not work in full time.

As long as I clock in and clock out by the official working time of 8 - 5.30pm, I do not have to get permission from the boss to leave office.
