Pre-menopause?

Is it possible for a 24 year old mother of 2 who have had her tubes tied to be going through pre-menopause? Im trying to figure out whats going on with my body. I just got done reading a list of 34 symptoms of menopause/premenopause and ive got every symptom except like 2 or 3!

hello there lidwell..i know its possible..anything is possible lol..my gramma started meno at age 36, and moms tubes were tied as well like u and got meno at age 34..and i swear that i too am starting it..i have every freakin symton but maybe 3 or 4..the hot flashes..nausea..and fainting has been the worse,,i have seen my doc and he just insists theers no way even though i told him about my family history..rrghh,,so now looking for a new doc..i need some help..these symtoms are killing me!! i cant sleep at night either..which sucks..because then i sleep all day..Thank goodness Sky is in school those times..but weekends sucks because i dont get much sleep..ughh...so i hope u find someone that wil believe you..or they find whats wrong if thats not it soon..and let me know wil yea if u find u have it too..could use al the advice i can get as well lol..take care..:) April

I hear ya there April! I too have gone to a doctor a few times before because of my periods being so screwy (I dont know if any of you have read my earlier discussions titled "Why would this be happening" and "UPDATE: Why would this be happening"), first he put me on some kind of hormone pill... which made the bleeding much heavier and longer than it was before... then I went back and he had me do some bloodwork to check my thyroid and an ultrasound to check my insides to make sure everything was ok. Well, tests came back and all was good. I cant complain much about this doctor though because its not like hes a gynecologist or anything, but he does want me to go to one now. And now that we finally got insurance cards, I will go soon. However, if it does turn out that I am going through early or premature menopause or premenopause or whatever you want to call it... I wont take a prescription estrogen pill if they want me to take an estrogen pill... because, I am a member of Melaleuca and they have an ALL NATURAL estrogen pill. My friend is taking it and she said she absolutely loves it. It helps tremendously with her hotflashes and everything, so I will give that a try I think... if it turns out thats what this is all about.
Will let you know what happens when I get a chance to get to the doctors lol
