Neice and Nephews that I don't get to see ! ! !

My brother has 3 kids and he isn't with the mother of the children anymore and haven't been with her for a long time. . Theres a lot of history that I am not gonna get into, Anyways she lives in Kansas and we haven't seen the kids in about 2 years, we were talking to them on the phone, And then she had her number changed and refuses to give us the number she is blaming my brother for the kid's bad behavior. All this has broken our hearts and hurts me even more to see what my brother is going through. What can I do to help him get through this ? ?
