try to use the original "magic cream" from KSA... it really whitens my dark spots with continuous application

I have found lemons and grapefruit useful for softening skin and I believe it has a lightening effect as well - cut in half and squeeze out the juice and then rest your elbows in the skin for five minutes, I've done this with heels as well for softening the skin but not sure how you might go applying them to knees (maybe sit and hold on your knees for a bit).

Using orange peels with milk is one good way of getting rid from those spots which may stay there permanently if no proper care is take. I suggest using scrubber and pumice stones regularly to stay away from such problems. This can also be used on bottoms of your heels.
