Is View4Pay Legit?

I haven't signed up yet, but I was wondering if View4Pay program was a legit and real paying site, or is it another scam site? I'm always looking for good new programs, but I dont want to waste my time if they are only scam sites either. If anyone a member of this site? Is it good or not? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The site has been down for months.Due to maintenance.I would not waste any time on a site that has not been up for months. It was actually a good site once.

Wow, really. I didnt know about that. Well I'm glad that you told me about that. I might as well not even try to sign up or anything. Pitty, it might not be as good as it was :(

I have not heard good thing about that site,
I have a list of legit, paying sites on my blog
