In my opinion, it means that if you want to have a revenge on somebody, it's best to do it cold-bloodedly. Don't go half-heartedly in doing so. Well, it's not a good advice in my opinion, but that's my take on that sentence he he he he...

This means that if you want your revenge you have to plan everything right and not go by your emotions (yeah, like it would be possible:P) Have you seen Kill Bill? There yo have an example xD

"Revenge is best served cold" means that revenge is best served when your enemy has already forgotten about you or about your fight with him. You are going to serve the revenge when he is not aware anymore of your anger towards him/her. Like, BOO! LOL! :0)

Mine revenges are always served cold. If you want revenge on someone you should find his weakest spot and make your actions in the proper way. He should be hited in this very sensitive spot directly and you should watch him as he falls. This is what people say cold served revenge. Good plan, acurate hit and watching your victims pain in silence enjoing it. (That doesn't mean I like revenges. Personally I hate them. There's almoust always other way then revenge.)
