SW Side man held in abuse of infant

I can't even begin to tell you what I would like to have done to him...the baby is 3 months old and has old fractures...Lock him up, throw away the key and let the other prisoners have a go at him...Poor little one...I am so happy she is alive..It just breaks my heart to hear this stuff...My prayers are with the little one and her siblings...

It appears if he did not beat up on his wife or the other children, just the youngest. It is another making one child a scrapegoat for all your troubles. I heard the same thing went on in Beaver Lake in the North West Territories, where my sister-in-law the one with bipolar, used to work. One child in the family was named for an enemy and all the abuse was heaped on him or her. But this does not seem a case of tradition, this seems outright meanness. If the woman was afraid to leave him, there was always women's shelters, but I guess some women just want a "man" around even if he beats the crap out of an innocent child. I hope he gets a long jail sentence.

I am trying to figurre out why his older children arre not n harms way and only this baby is. Something is going on, either he believes this daughter is not his, OR he was not wanting a third child to abuse this poor baby like this. I also can not believe that the hospital or anyone else was able to see the past stuff or hear about the kid. Oh well it just is awful that anyone can abuse a baby that can not even defend itself. I just saw a beautiful baby girl at 3 1/2 months old, She was beautiful, all babies are at that age!

The father looks tough and obviously he is a tough critter. I agree with you about some women simply stay in this same kind of situation and let the abuse continue knowing what will eventually happen. Often someone becomes a statistic. In this sort of situation the bond should be over a million, maybe 2 or 3, and let his nasty rear end sit in jail. Then transfer him to prison for 50-75 yrs. Why this sort of situation has to go through the courts is beyond me. They know he's guilty. Someone will post bond and he'll be out. Then he goes back into the home and what next, supervision by the state. So the kids are in the care of the state but for how long? There has to be a better system.

You would think a woman would want better for her children then to have to live with this type of thing. I still say a short rope and a tall tree is the best remedy. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

This makes me soooooo sick. WHy would any women want anything to do with this? I would KILL anyone who ever lay a hand on my children. Whether it be my husband, mother or whatnot. That is soooo sick and I cant believe she would or any women would ever out up with that crap. We are suppose to protect our children and keep them from harm. Not harm them or watch them get abused.
