What is the best city you have gone to?

Well I haven't traveled much in my life either but when I was 17 I did go across Canada with my best friend. We left from a small town called "Almonte" just outside of Ottawa, Ontario and drove all the way across Canada to Kelowna, British Columbia. It was a pretty big trip for just to guys that were 17 and a pocket full of money but thats another story. Kelwona was a beautiful little city perched in a valley between two mountains. Everyday at five o'clock in the afternoon this breeze would blow in called a "Chinook' I think and basically it was a warm blast of air that comes off the ocean or something for about 15 minutes then disappears. There was night clubs all over and all kinds of people our age at the time. I'm going back someday but I heard a few years back a forest fire burned a lot of the city. So thats about as far as I traveled.

I think that best city in the world is sydney in Australia. It has such a beautiful harbor with the amazing coathanger bridge and the lovely white sails of the opera house. The botanical gardens are delightful with all the friendy cockatoos that fly around very much just before sunset. Other cities I really enjoyed seeing are historical ones with lots of old buildings. Prague in the Czech Republic, Budapest in Hungary, Dubrovnic in Croatia and Krakow in Poland. I have just been to Lisbon in Portugal and so very much liked it there. Riding around on the trams was fun, the view from the old castle was stunning and the walk up the old tower at Belem was exciting to do. More scenic cities with a beautiful setting by or near water include San Francisco and San Diego in the USA. I think I would love to go to Cape Town in South Africa and Vancouver in Canada. Which cities would you like to go to?

Hello there frac:) happy day to ya..i have only traveled in the USA..but hope someday that i will have the chance to go to other countries..but there have been soo many beautiful cities i have seen..Denver,Colorado was my favorite i think..though its a tough question,,i loved how it would be 119 in the city and you go in teh mountains and play with snow..and the scenery was breath taking..i wish i lived there..minus all the crime i have heard about lol and they drive way too fast for me lol...have agood one..

ive been it tokyo (japan), dubai(uae) and kowloon (hongkong).... but i cant really pick one to tell that it was the best. for me it is all the best. every city has its own touch of the country. every city has its own way to describe what kind of country and culture that this country has.
