Paid job or own business?

Own business for sure,because i love to mind my own business than people's lol

If i could i would like the best of both worlds. But i would prefer to own my business as it is more challenging and you can be flexible, you are the one to make decisions and have to accept results of it, good or bad. But paid job gives you financial security and less worries and responsibilites.

Paid job for me because i loves minding people's business and not mine...lol I am serious...

For me, it's my own bussiness. Owned my own business for about 11 years, and have done it full time for three... I'll never work for someone else again.
