I do hope to drop in with MyLot as much as possible..hey nothing can kept me away for too long, and I hope to at least check in a bit everyday...but as many of my friends know...I've been very involved with building up my animal rights website....I'm discovering there's a lot more work involved than I thought...I want to make my site a truly international one--One thing I hope to do is to list as many organizations that exist around the world....Being that I'm here in America there are tons of them and are more readily and easily available to look up...not so with animal rights organizations outside of America..but hey, I know they must exist! LOL
As a result this building of my website is going to take a lot of my time and not to say the least a lot of my energy...I'm hoping to get it done by the end of the week, but I'm also realizing this will be an on=going effort on my part to keep it updated and place more info on it on a regular basis
I'm already so far behind with responding to my friends discussions and even replying to my own..so I'm going to have a humdinger of a time in catching up...so just be patient with me...
Now here's where I could use some help...for those of you outside America...maybe you would know better than I of the different animal organizations, especially ones for animal rights and protection and anti-vivisection than I do...I've tried to do searches on my own, but I don't seem to be very successful...yet...So if you know of organizations of animal rights/protection and so forth in your country I would be so ever grateful if you could provide the links so I can add it to my site. Like I said -- I want this to be an international networking of info on all animal issues.
I've added a lot more to my site and more pages, but it's still "under construction" ..but if you care to give a look please do... :)

You have such a concentrated focus that I really admire. I have a feeling if you were running my life, I'd get a whole lot more accomplished. : ) I'm going to keep an eye on your site and I look forward to seeing it grow. I have a friend who started her own animal rescue who I think would love to check out your site. She is the one who showed me where I could get my animals afforadably 'fixed.' I'm thankful there are people like you and her around to help us.

Hi Pye,
Kudos on your site, as I was looking around the Do/Dont lists you provided I had a thought.
I noticed that a lot of companies that produced cleaning products for the home were on the Do list. I was thinking you could add a list that would provide recipes that were made of safe and natural ingredients to replace these products.
I watch "How Clean is Your House" and those 2 ladies always have chemical free mixtures to use around the house to clean things like mold and mildew and ways to freshen. Not only are they safe for people, they are safe for the pets in the home as well. Providing the products that are used in the recipes are not on the Do list.
So like I said, it was just a thought. I really think your coming along well and many people are going to find useful information from your site. Best regards there!

Hi Pyewacket I have a quick suggestion for you. You might want to provide an email address. So those of us who do not have enough MyLot credits to post links can provide them for you.

I am not into animal rights, more into people rights, but we do have one organization in Canada that does a lot to prevent cruelty to animals and provides care for animals orphaned by natural disasters.
This is the main one that is more popular and not as radical as the others.

There are probably chapters in other countries.

Hi Pye, wow you are a busy bee these days. The above three are the main animal charities in the UK, each one of which works tirelessly for animal rights and dealing with all kinds of animal issues. I hope these are of use to you hun.

Hello Pye, I think what you are doing for the animal population is wonderful. What you need to do now is build some links from some of the other organizations to your internet website.I think you may want to list them on your landing page as well..not a criticism, just a thought;0 .

I know that you will not abandon your friends her on myLot, pyewacket, and this thing you're doing is something that is very worthwhile. I'm sure that friends who live outside the U.S.A. would be happy to help all they can. You will probably have everything in order before you even realize it. I am rooting for your success! I do plan to revisit your site before I sign off tonight. Best of luck.

I think it's a good start. The thing with me is that I would cry and angered when I see photos of abused animals. I feel like we should burn those people who burned these animals alive. I really do. I'm actually afraid I might actually do it somehow, if I keep seeing and reading news about animal abuse. I will bookmark your page and if I can help promote it I will, but please understand I can't join any group since I will be exposed to news like these and that's dangerous.

Wow, thats great that you have started this website for animal rights. I hope things would be ok and things would flow. I know there are a lot of things to do and more important things to research about and more and more things to take into consideration. I made a blog for myself and it was something that was pulling me apart, maybe because it was my first time to make one and truly it was almost heart breaking. Im glad that I was able to get over that pain and now already enjoying and have get used to doing the routine that I had my brains out th first time I did it.
Thank you for sharing and I hope we can check that site as soon as its ready for public viewing.
