I'm a great fan of Pringles. I love them*drool* Unfortunately they were unsuccefull in my country. They simply costed too much for polish wallets so they were taken off the market a couple years ago. They were recently available in Tesco for some time and I was so glad but they are not there anymore. But sometimes I can find some of them (only onion, salt or paprika ones) on gas stations (I check them sometimes even though I don't have a car xD). Yeah, Pringles cost more that I earn for an hour but we all have our small pleasures, don't we? I even saved some tubes and now I store my knitts in them:P So how about you? Do you have Pringles? Are they popular?

yes, there is pringles in my country but i think the selling trend of it also the same as like in your country. me either dont like pringles much. i prefer to get my local snack which similiar like pringles but more tastefull as like chitato or lays (the import one). pringles in my opinion not too fresh in taste. you should try the similar one which come from my country ;)

Hi, Pompon...yeah, I know how you feel. It sucks. It's like trying to find Asian food products here in this village. In bigger cities there are plenty, but here it's rare. Oh well he he he...

Oh, yes, Pringles are here in the US, and have been for years. There are lots of different flavors, now, and sometimes you can get them on sale for $1. I love them, too. My favorite flavor is the original, in the red tube. They even have single serving sizes in cute little plastic dishes. Good discussion!

The original flavor is our favorite... but we also like to eat the green one... sour and cream...
i wonder why pringles is expensive in your country...

We have Pringles here in the USA. The store closest to me has them on sale right now for $.89. They are my sons favorite. He likes the Chees-ums and the Pizza flavored ones best, but he will eat all of them. We have about a dozen different flavors here. I bought some chili cheese ones a few weeks ago.

Yes, pringles are sold in our country, but the cost is very high and locally available alternatives are 50% cheape (though cannot match the quality), pringles are slowly picking up. All shapes and all flavours are available. It is marked through Proctor and Gamble - an FMCG companies dealing with food and personal products.

We have pringles here in the Philippines, I love it because it's a potato chip with a variety of flavors!;) I believe their price here is fair enough, since my sister used to buy me a can of it everytime they'd shop for groceries.
I like some of their seasonal flavors such as ketchup and chilli cheese dog. Aside from the original flavor, I also love the taste of sour cream & onion, cheesy fries and consomme and pizza-licious.
I guess it's still popular, Pringles has been here for a very long time now!;)

yep. we have pringles here in our country. but just like there, its also expensive here. but it hasn't disappeared in the market because its really delicious and a lot of Filipinos love it and buy it. ^__^ pringles are ever always present in groceries and department stores and sometimes the malls and grocery store would have a buy-one-take-one promo. when that happens, i instantly grab one and buy it. LOL
but its not as expensive as Lay's. Lay's are so expensive but i can see them always in the grocery. i guess that would prove that Filipinos are junk food lovers. LOL

anyway, its pretty popular in our country. it costs about 80-90pesos. that's about $2 dollars-that's the big one. the small size is about less than half of its price....

There is pringles where I live. I like to eat pringles but if it fell on the floor I will throw it away instead. Pringles are popluar in my country that is why it is still being made and sold in stores. I even seen commericals for pringles.

Fortunately we still have pringles here and a lot of us will be sad if it would go off the market too, It is a bit expensive too,I mean, an average poor family cannot afford such..it could be the amount of their food for the whole day or even higher..
I enjoy it also and I do but once in a while, sometimes it go on sale on supermarkets, like you can buy 4 in one pack and get some discounts.

Pringles are great to taste, but they are pretty expensive in my country. Not worth it at all. Maybe the rich could afford, but not the middle class or the poor. What's the point? I would rather go for Lays which costs ten bucks a packet. And I'm done. :)

Yes we have Pringles here in Portugal and I'm glad we have them because I love them! I don't buy them very often but I love to have the pleasure to eat them, they are so tasty!
I think Pringles are somewhat expensive when comparing to other fries but I don't think that here they as expensive as you are discribing. I don't know the price there, but here it's around 1.80€.

hello pompon. here in the philippines, we also have Pringles. And they are sold in different varities. And just like in your country, they're a little pricey. But despite of their price, they're are still a hit to the consumers.
My husband buys me a big one, but on rare occassions. He only buys me one when I need some cheering up.lol!
I can finish a whole tube of Pringles, Original flavor in one sitting especially when my eyes are glued to my favorite show on tv.
