Taking Time For Yourself

That sounds like a dream! How wonderful! When I get up in the morning, I clean my house and then post on Mylot. I should watch tv more. I got up wanting to watch Project runway online, but ended up working! Bummer! I don't mind working, but I think there is a time and place. Your way sounds much more fun. Thanks for the fun topic. It's always nice to chat with you. Happy to see that you are back on MyLot. You always post such interesting questions.

I sit and read or crochet. Sometimes I will take out a movie that only I want to watch get a snack and curl up on the couch to watch it in quiet! Let's face it when the kids are gone it's the only time I have to watch something without interruption.

I don't get too much alone time. My SO is still home when my girls go to school and leaves for work after I do. When I get home my girls get home so no alone time there. On the rare occasions when I get alone time I love to take a hot bubble bath with candle light it just relaxes me so much. It has been a long time since I had one but oh I need one!

Oh, I wish! I have my kids walking out the door as others are walking in. I run a day care in my home, so there is not much relaxing here. My relaxing time is during nap time:) I usually will sit and watch a soap while doing laundry off and on.

i agree with the coffee and lifetime but i still don't get much time my oldest is only in headstart and gets out at 12:30 and i have a 7 months old that is with me no matter what so i try to take a little time when she naps to just sit around while i can.

for relaxing I do love to watch TV, I usually I love to watch any comedy stuff or sometimes News
