I think I received over 160 responses on a discussion once. I tend not to select best responses (OK I do sometimes when I find one that stands out), so discussions ust keep right on going. If I happen to come across a discussion with a best response selected, I'll reply. I'm not out for best response, I just want to participate.

I've received over 100 responses a couple of times in discussions. I think my top was just over 120, on a discussion about "choosing to have an only child". It was a topic a lot of people felt strongly about, so many people responded to me.
How many responses I get really depends on the topic for me. I have some pretty obscure interests, so sometimes I'll start a discussion and get less than 10 responses. Usually when that happens, I don't mind as long as they are quality responses, and interesting to me. However, on most discussions, I get more responses than that, and I often get as many as 40 or so.
I have about 400 friends here, but then I've been collection them since January. =P

The maximum numbers of response I got in my discussion was 34 the minimum I got is 2. I don't start a discussion more often than just responding to my friends discussions. I can't think of a discussion that is nice to talk about. LOL!:)

Hi CEN7777, you had given a quite detailed account on all your discussions and responses. By far, I had created 60 discussions and I couldn’t give the statistics of mine as detailed as yours. If I do not remember wrongly, I think the minimum responses I have with me is 5, whereas the maximum is 110. I believe the numbers of responses will increase as times go by.

i have joined mylot a way back, from the time i had joined mylot, i have started a good number of discussions, i think on an average i receive about 10 responses to my discussions, if i remember well the maximum no of response that i have received is close to 48, you will surprised to know that there are mylottians who might have received more than 400 responses for a single discussion, really tough, any way good luck

WOW! You calculated the sum total of all your responses. That's COOL!
I have gotten more than 200 in 4 or 5 discussions and the highest must be 226, I think. But now-a-days, since many of my old friends are not existent on myLot, I'm not getting as many as before. In fact, I'm struggling even to reach 100.
Whatever, I'm still happy and enjoying discussing once in a while here.

I really don't know what's the maximum amount of answers I received for a discussion. I never kept track, I have created too many discussions to start counting.
I never had many responses. I don't think I have more than 30 responses in any of my discussions.

I've been here 6 months and the most number of responses I've received is 50. It was a discussion about being bothered if you help someone and they don't say thanks. Most of those who have replied said they will normally feel bothered because saying those two simple words is basic and an act of courtesy. But for some, it doesn't matter to them. And they will still go on helping others, regardless of being told those words or not.
I've got 4 discussions, I think, that only has one response. And it's at the bottom of my discussions list. The number of friends I have is around 70 and I've done 55 discussions.

Does the number of responses calculate to earnings? I get quite a few on everything. But then, when you choose a Best Response, does that "close" that discussion thereby not getting anymore responses? and in choosing Best response - are there earnings calcuated on that on either side - your's as the discussion started or to the one yu choose best response?
