Halloween

Oh for sure go!....Your little sister must love you very much to ask you to go with her.....don't feel weird in the least, feel honored. Do you know how many siblings don't get along in the least and wouldn't even think of doing this?....I think it's one of the nicest postings I've seen in a long time. Take pictures because it will be a wonderful memory, and years from now you can both look back and laugh your heads off! You never know what's ahead of you and life is way too short to miss out on this. Pretty soon you'll be leaving the house to go off on your own and she'll be eventually dating and hanging around all her friends. Don't miss this chance, go and just have a great time with your little sister....you won't regret it....take care.

I'd do it. Have a little fun. Your sis isn't going to be little forever and may not want you to do anything with her in the future. So dress up, act silly and have fun with your little sister.

I stopped trick or treating when I was about 15. I'm 19 now and love to take my 11 year old brother out trick or treating. I don't get all dressed up but just take him around the neighborhood. Sometimes I'll switch off with my mom and stay home giving out candy. I'm more into the whole house decorating aspect of halloween. I love to play the spooky music, set up the orange lights and carve the pumpkins. Now that I look back on it, I would probably have just opted to buy my own packages of candy instead of walking all around the neighborhood collecting candy from people I don't even know.

I think it is lovely that your sister wants you to go with her. At least if you do you will know she is safe and when you are both older it will be a good memory for you to share. You might enjoy it.

Hi Marabdl, I think for the sake of your little sister you should dress up and go with her! Now if it was you and your friends going trick or treating I would think your crazy. lol I dont think that its all that unusual. When we were kids my neighbors mom used to think up our costumes and take us dressed up and she was well over 20! Go have some fun with your little sister on Halloween! Bay Lay Gray xx

why not. I would rather see you 2 out together than her alone. Go have a good time with your little sister and don't worry about what everyone else thinks. She won't be young and want you around for ever. Make some memories.

I don't think you are too old, I am almost 20 and still go trick-or-treating, it's fun and you get free candy! Plus I am going trick-or-treating with all my friends and then we may just go back to one of their places and party. Halloween is suppose to be about having fun, dressing up, and getting free candy ..... nobody is really too old. I have seen an old man trick-or-treating before, I think he was suppose to be a Darth Vader(sp)... it was pretty funny to see him participating. If your sister wants you to go with you that just means that she looks up to you and thinks your cool, I use to take my sisters and brother trick-or-treating all the time before I moved away.

hmm, I dnt think your too old to G0 WITH your sister, but maybe too old to actually "trick or treat".. its great that she wanted to go with you though.. hope you went,, and enjoyed yourselves.
