Can anyone tell me abut the programs that sell referrals?

I´ve been trying to make some extra money from the free programs (moastly PTR, PTC) on the net. I´ve seen some ads abaut programs that sell referrals. Can anyone tell me abaut this programs, are they trustable? I´d like you to share your experiences with me, good and bad, please.

I have to agree with loginc. The best way that I have came across to get references is using my forum signatures. Half of my referrals came from forums, and they are way more active then any paid referral I had.

Hey Martosi, my best bet by far is GetRef, it has brougth me over 50 referral for vaiours programs that I promote, especially clixsense and hit4pay, basically you earn credits by joining others programs and in return use you own credits and promote the site you wanna get referrals, everything is FREE overthere if you know the trick!! i also use like a few traffic exchange sites, marketing pond, to build up my downline.
